A long time volunteer of the non-profit, Rosalie has years of combined experience in trade and investment promotion, research, planning and management of development programs and projects working with the Philippine government, regional intergovernmental and non-profit organizations. She earned her Masters in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands.
